1. General Provisions

Welcome to CafeWine Radio. These Terms of Service dictate the rules for using our platform, VIP Radio services, and purchasing music licenses. By subscribing or buying our albums, you enter into a B2B agreement with CafeWine.

2. Premium VIP Radio Subscription

  • The Premium VIP Radio provides uninterrupted, ad-free streaming tailored for commercial venues.
  • Users hold the right to upload up to 3 custom audio messages (jingles) via their Client Dashboard. These messages will replace general ads at a frequency chosen by the user.
  • The subscription is billed annually or monthly via our payment partner, Gumroad.

3. Commercial Music Licenses & Copyright Clearing

This is the core of our service. CafeWine guarantees that all music provided via our Premium VIP Radio and downloadable Commercial Albums is 100% royalty-free and legally cleared for public performance in commercial spaces (cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc.).

  • Exemption from PRO fees: Purchasing our license exempts you from paying fees to Public Performance Rights Organizations (such as ZAiKS, STOART, ASCAP, BMI, PRS, depending on your jurisdiction) specifically for the music we provide.
  • The Certificate: Upon purchase, you will be issued a digital Certificate of Authenticity. You must keep this document (digital or printed) available at your venue to present to inspectors.
  • Limitations: The license covers a single physical location per subscription/purchase. You may not broadcast the stream over standard FM radio, resell the MP3 files, or upload them to public platforms like YouTube or Spotify.

4. Payments and Automation

All transactions are securely processed via Gumroad. Upon successful payment, an account is automatically created on our platform. Your login credentials will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our radio streams. However, we are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by internet service providers, server maintenance, or client-side hardware issues.
