To provide our SaaS platform and licensing services, we collect minimal data necessary for account creation and legal compliance:

• Name / Venue Name (for the Licensing Certificate).
• Email Address (for login credentials and communication).
• IP Address and standard browser data (for security and session management).

3. Payment Processing

We do not store or process your credit card information. All financial transactions are handled securely by our external partner, Gumroad. When you make a purchase, Gumroad sends us an automated webhook containing only your email and name to create your VIP account.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Creating and managing your Client Dashboard.
• Generating your legally binding Commercial License Certificate.
• Providing technical support.

5. Cookies

Our application uses essential cookies to keep you logged in to your VIP Dashboard and to remember your chosen timezone settings for the radio player. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies.
